archsvile you don't understand...if he sees that you are going to file a complaint he can file one right before you. You can only open one claim per ebay transaction. The person that starts the dispute holds the power. And since he started the dispute it will just expire due to no action from the claim originator.

Actually, if you paid through paypal, and the funding came through your debit card, it's considered a check, and therefore check fraud. You can call your bank if Paypal doesn't follow through, and tell them what happened, they'll get your cash back.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused...

I've had some trouble with Greyhound and DHL has finally picked up the darn thing. I've also had other issues thats limited my time on the internet. I'm not here to make excuses or defend myself. I want to get this resolved.

I remember you saying you need 2 bolts.. well I'd be glad to ship them and anything else you need that I still have on the car at no cost. I have various sensors and interior parts. This goes to lilo as well.

Cham - you purchased a purge valve, but I had to hold it until the money cleared. It was an e-check on paypal and took a while to clear. As soon as it did I shipped it. You informed me you were in no hurry so I assumed you knew it would take a while to clear my paypal account. I am not sure how long it takes to get to you but shouldn't be long.
