It's a real pleasure to deal with people like Redz, OP, and other experienced Forum members/ moderators. Very professional sending and receiving money and are very respectful. I have bought from you with 100% satisfaction and I will sell to you will 100% satisfaction.

Then you get the punk a$$ newbs on this forum so are SOO ENTHUSIASTIC and ENERGETIC and WILL DO ANYTHING to make sure you sell the part ONLY to them, and then when it comes to paying, they back up due to surprise, last minute bills. I got dibs mang...me mang...dibs dibs DIBS!!

Check my For Sale Thread. You'll see me relist something a couple times. Once in a while, you see a genuine reason. But most of the time it's AR15firing.gif chairshot.gif madfawk.gif

Totaly agree. This is why you only have 24hour dibs for people like that unless you know and trust the person that he'll pay you after 2 days when he gets paid etc.

Ussually 24hour dibs is good for the newbs, if they don't pay THEIR loss and next in line has 24hours to pay.

Same here with the cams. I had like 20 people post and even more PM me saying they wanted one. Some were like yea, I'll definately buy one in a few days. So I go to the junkyard and grab 3 cams while I'm there. When it came time for them to pay up, no one had the money. It took me over a month to sell them.

That's why I don't feel insulted when buying from people I don't know well, and they ask for a deposit. It's a good way to weed out the ones who are just calling dibbs to make themselves look cool. heh
I hate people that back out of deals without legitimate, believable reasons.

By the way, Screwdriver, i'm going to be a month or two late with my payment... j/k tongue.gif

Wasn't there once talk about doing some kind of rating system for people buying and selling?

We used to have one. I'm researching a new one now for the new software.
