Ok here is the deal...I have a 1998 S/E tib and I, of course, am modifying it, like just about everyone else on this site. Well, my car was originally my wife's, she didnt like the spoiler so we got her a 2000 fx, with the smaller spoiler, and the ugly a$$ pastel yellow(UGH), and i got the 98, best idea she ever had. But now she won't let me do anything to her car, but she is always complaining about the lack of low end power. and i told her about all the things that can be done to remedy that, but she just thinks i want to rice it out, and i keep telling her i only want to install performance mods on it just so she will quit b****ing about the lack of power. anyone else have this problem? end of gripe.

 

well first off some one needs to move this to gripes

second take her to the track and make her race

best idea i ever had my fiance raced and now she is thinking after were married to see what i can do to make her car faster

furthermore after she saw how happy i was when i broke into the 16s she bought me a NX kit (as a early christmas present)

 

my bad i thought i put it in gripes. yeah somebody please move this.

she wont race ive tried to get her just to race me, back home in tennessee, i think she just likes to b**** at me.

Simple. When she's not taking the car someday, do the resonator mod.

See what she thinks after she drives it and didn't know you did it.

Only way I've got my wife convinced to let me mod my car (Whipped!~) was to do things behind her back that she found out she LIKED with the car.

 

just make sure to have everything back in working order before she comes home.

"Oh Hi hunny, you're home early" LOL, meanwhile the car has pieces of it everywhere.

 

Or trade her in for a newer model that won't b!tch at you! lol

i have no problem with her letting me mod my car. it's her car she won't let me mod
