I though the M is for metric, i bought a thread tapper a while back. Its 10 mm and 1.25 mm pitch.

Why are people always promoting LIGHT shifter knobs? You want a heavier one to promote follow-thru on a shift.

M10 is the metric sizing.

DTN, I've never heard anyone promote a light shift knob, and I know how nice it is to have a counterweighted knob, as I said above, you can add weight to this one easily if you want, I like it just the way it is though.

Actually, it may not be lighter by much at all, but the plush leather sorta makes it feel light. Soft, I should say.

correct me if im wrong, but then 10MM is the width of the shifter, i found out a 17MM nut will screw right in so i was a little confused.

Anyways, these fit on my car too, so i might order one soon.

i never like the universal knobs they always seem to come loose, and metal ones even worse. your hand will get glued to em, then you smell bacon and get hungry... lol

I like the oem shift knob.

Metal sucks in the winter too unless you have gloves on.
