OK update here.
I took the manifold to viper and he welded it back up, with some beefy welds so this sucker aint going no where.
Also Tim paid viper for his troubles so the only thing im out is the time i took taking the darn thing out and putting it back in and gas and such so all in all it wasnt that bad

i would do this also tie that flange off as well here is what i am talking about.. look at the pic you can get a genral idel about what i am talking about.. them wastegates are heavy as hell,
this way the viberations are some what less between that and the heat.. it could happen again.. the weld did not crack the crack started aroud the weld ...anyway just add one or two more ties to flange
