kids steak my valve caps all the time... I just keep black ones on unless I am going somewhere. Good stories though.. and who knows.. maybe confronting them like that might turn them around later. A little scaring goes a LONG way

Well this is the main reason I am turned off by rims with center caps. How well do the proximity sensors work that come on some car alarms? What I mean is how well does the thing detect things like this (what is the "bubble" size)?

nothing is like having a 800hp car (sadly only 500 tq LOL)
with a compact near the legs in drivers seat, and a shotgun on the top!

the best thing to do is tighten the valve caps with a wrench so that way they can not be taken off by hand. make sure though to keep the wrench in your car incase you need to remove the valve caps yourself. I used to get mine stolen quite a bit. then i started using that trick and have not had a problem since
