If it was a newer car theres no way it didn't take some damage from hitting you.

 

how old is your neighbor? doesn't he/she realize that you are going to notice the damage to their car when they get back considering you live next door to them?

 

Besides, no matter how much buffing they do, the scratches will still be there

 

I feel the hurt! At least you may be able to get him to pay for it. same deal happened to me, so i know the pain! poor tibs!

 

worst that ever happened to me was i had someone back into my corner light and smash it. then i got clear corners

 

just called my insurance, and i have PLPD, and if i can get proof that this guy hit the car, i will be able to get up to 500$ and their is less than 500$ damage, so if i can catch the f***er. i will be golden, w00t

If if was your neighbor that hit the car, i would talk to them about it, there should be some sort of damage to thier vehicle too. I literally touched my borthers car when I backed my moms car out of the garage and there was paint that was swapped, its not hard to do on these newer cars
