The press they use is a neat little hydralic press that seats the wheel bearing. I've never used one and I'm not sure of the extact proceedure.

Anyways, you can have the bearing pressed into place by good mechanic and do everthing else yourself. It shouldn't be very expensive. I'd just call around and see what different shops charge.
