Default what springs to use?

What springs and shocks (not pricey) will you suggest to improve cornering?
In Ukraine we have crappy roads, so I don't want to lowwer my car.

Well unless you go with coilovers you will get a drop. If you want performance with a small drop then EiBachs are the way to go. A lot of people recommend the EiBach springs and the KYB struts. Personally I have the EiBach springs, struts, and sway bars. If you dont want the car to drive like a tank I wouldnt recommend it. I enjoy the ride but some passengers have complained lol.

Blacktibs should be able to get us some different struts than KYB's once FlyRyde's officially lauches

*hint* <sniff> <sniff> do I smell a pre-grand opening sale for rd members on struts? <sniff> <sniff> hmm.......

otherwise, everyone will say Eibach's and KYB's. You'll get a little drop but not enough to scrape on crappy roads or anything. Eibachs are known to sacrifice a litlle drop for a comfy ride, while others like H&R, and HKS, etc. give larger drop.

I think there is such a thing as sport springs which don't lower car, just give stiffer suspension. Never heard of a manufacturer for tibs though....

maybe someone will know.

Any spring, I would get new struts. KYB-GRIIs are more meant for a stock replacement... with some of the much lower dropping springs (1.75+) those might bust over time as well.

I definately noticed better cornering after installing the Eibachs. If you have crappy roads though, you are going to feel it more.

It is my understanding that there is a direct tradeoff - either you get stiff springs that corner well but give a rough ride on a bumpy road, or you get soft springs that give a smooth ride on a bumpy road, but do not take corners well.

^^^ stiff springs are ok for me. I don't like soft suspensions.

I'm just afraid to lower my car very much (I'm afraid to tear something away or brake something)

With Eibach springs and dampeners expect a 1.5-1.75" drop. But it is very stiff.

I would recommend Eibach's. Not only does it improve handling, but it gives the car a more aggressive stance.

Eibach Pro Kit Springs are your best bet.
1.5" drop when it settles.
Nice ride
I suggest you get some Eibach Pro Kit Struts as well

Maybe there are some springs without lowering at all?
