okay guys, going to order new tires in the next few days. As one of mine has popped. Going to put them on my 17" Motegi MR7 rims. Thinking about getting a set of Hankook Ventus Hrii H405 - 205/40R1719.62Lbs.340 Treadwear HPASH Rated. Just wondering if any of you guys have heard good or bad things about these tires. I think they sound like a pretty nice tire for 55$ a piece. Thanks guys.

or these

looking for pretty much summer, but rain traction would be a plus, going to use stocks in the winter so no need for winter.

These are the ones I was looking at getting Clicky Here. They are the BFGoodRich G-Force T/A KDW 2. They are a little more expensive but they have really good ratings every place I look at them.

little spendy.. looking at spending under 100$ for each tire. Looking for a cheap but reliable tire, by the sounds of it,them are pretty good tires. I had a set of Ventus's on my mr7 rims and they seemed to handle pretty good, even though they were bald from the person who owned them before. Any input on the tires i posted would be great. laugh.gif tongue.gif laugh.gif

Go for the downgraded version of the T/A KDW... The G-Force Sport that BF Goodrich makes. I got em for $91 a tire for the Tib, and they are great. I can launch at about 3000RPM now compared to 2500RPM stock, and they take corners very well.

Yeah that is the downgraded KDW one. Yeah 205/40 is the best size for 17" rims.
