absolutely not. i swapped the hub with no problem. got some brake pads, everything fits well. why are you doing a captive rotor swap when you already have rims?

No, you don't need to swap the calipers over. I have both front calipers from a '99 just sitting around... I kept the original ones on.
If you got 2nd hand non-captive rotors, it might be a good idea to get the disc surface machined.
I think it's also best to machine the discs/rotors when replacing pads (I did neither when doing the swap... So far so good).

yeea i'm not even gonna bother getting the pads and rotors, i just need the spindle and hub cause i'm gonna get cross drilled rotors again to match the ones i got on my car already
