This weekend I am going to try and tackle installing the entire YaYa Bushing kit and the front/rear roll stops oin the engine. Should I take some pics and write up a DIY if im successful? If I do it will be extremely long.

Yes, PLEASE do!! smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif I got the kit as well and its sitting in my closet, partly due to my crazy schedule, and partly due to the fact that I dont really know what I am doing!!! Well, I guess that doesn't really matter, I usually just start taking crap apart and figuring it out as I go. laugh.gif But....yes, I would definatly like to see how you did them. Maybe just do an example of the easy ones and more in depth for the more difficult bushings to replace. Where did you get your engine/roll stops poly- bushings? I dont think my kit came with them.

If you do it, make sure you post your images on a reputable hosting site!!! I did a HUGE rightup on changing suspension and my hosting site went down just as my computer crashed. I lost all my pictures AND the DIY for the suspension. Pissed my off somethin fierce!!!!

break it up into several sections. One for the front suspension, one for the rear, and a seperate for the roll stops

The roll stops are extremely simple. But the rest of the bushings would make a good DIY.

Ok guys here is an update...i have my entire front/rear suspension removed, but there are about 6 bolts that i cannot get to come out of the bushing. I've tried everything accept heating it w/ a torch, but i dont want to make a rubbery mess. any hints? oh and it only took me one day! (9-12, 4-8)

as for the directions, i can honestly say that webtech has damn good instructions, so just follow theirs (accept for taking off the strut mounting nuts, don't do it, you will drop your entire suspension assembly instead of the linkage parts you want)

you need to cut nuts or bolt heads to remove those bolts and bushings. then you need to install new bolt/nut.

I replaced all bolts/nuts in rear suspension.
