Okay, so today i brought my car into Bauer Built to get my tires all aligned and put on. When i go out of school my dad called and told me that they could not install any of the tires. Ordered the wrong lug nut size. And then to make things worse, they could not put them on because of the bolts/screws on the rotors so they will not line up and straight on the rim. So they could not put them on, anyone else had this problem? And what is the best thing to do? Thanks.

97 tib.. so i think i got captive rotors. New set of lugs on the way. They mounted and balanced the tires, but will not put on car because of the screws.

Are these new rims you never put on before?...If they are i'm guessing' it's not captive rotor compatible and you'll need different one's...since you have a 97 tib therefore you have captive rotors and if your rims don't have the space for the things that stick out then you can't put them on.

OMG lugs are the least of problems. i can't believe how easy that is to solve. are you talking about the lug pattern being wrong, or lug nut size?
you have captive hubs. you will have to go to a mechanic and have him swap the captive rotor hubs to 2000 spec hubs. it'll cost ya around $400. just ask to swap the hubs to 2000 tiburon model hubs and you will be straight. there is no other way.
Captive Rotors & Hubs: Frankenstein bolts that stick out of the wheel hubs. 80% of aftermarket rims will not fit over the bolts.
Non-Captive Rotors: Any rim with the correct lug pattern will fit flat onto the rotor and hub.
Small Screws in Non Captive and Captive rotors: You can take them out, unscrew them, or saw them off. They were only used to hold the rotors in place during assembly.

the small screws you can take out are only on the non-captive setup.
switching to non-captive is not the only option. you could get a machine shop to put some holes in the back of them. some shops wont do it though, as it can weaken the wheel and easily cause un-fixable balance issues.

Check to see if TibbyChick has any rotors left. I have my original four, they would probably need to be taken to autozone and resurfaced or whatever it is they do.
