REVIVED! I have a similar problem where it sounds like a rusty squeak comes from my front left wheel every time it spins. The only thing is, the wheel doesn;t squeak when the brakes or throttle is engaged, and only squeaks when the wheel is straight. At first I thought bad bearing, but after reading this I think it might be brake shield, especially after the car sat for two months in some rough new england weather
