Default powdercoating/painting stock rims

Im thinking about having my stock rims either powdercoating or painted. Im a broke college student so new rims are out of the question right now. I can have all 4 rims stripped, painted, clear coated and remounted for $150 or have them powdercoated any color for $400. I know powdercoating will last much longer but again...broke college student. laugh.gif So Im leaning more towards having them painted for now. Does anyone have any pics of how the stock rims look painted or powdercoated to a different color? They're the regular 17" rims like these

You will continue to be broke, no matter how much you make, if you insist on spending money you don't really have to spare. If you can't afford it, dream about it. At least save yourself $140 and get a can of spray paint.
