New wheel color
I'm getting bored looking at my gunmetal wheels... I was thinking of either gold or silver with a polished lip... Maybe a mag blue? I don't have Photoshop anymore, someone want to give me some visual clarity?

That's my number 1 option, I was just hoping someone could do a couple quick color chops to make sure I don't waste 20 hours resanding and doing a 5 point paint for something I won't like...

Gold is inappropriate on a sports coupe. Gold is heavy. Chrome is also inappropriate. Polished aluminum or painted are the logical choices for a "high speed" vehicle. Gold and chrome are for passenger and luxury cars, not coupes.

You said Gold. Gold = same effect as Chrome. It says Bling Bling, These things are heavy. It's the proper look for a mid-size luxury sedan but not a sub-compact vehicle. People look at Tibs and say "Dang, it looks fun to drive and it's probly good on gas". When you put heavy looking wheels on it, not so much. Silver, aluminum and painted wheels present the proper appearance.
The difficulty factor of painting those wheels would pretty much rule that out. I'd leave them how they are or get some new wheels. It would take around 3 hours of prep per wheel on your car to do it right.

I understand what you're saying about bling and luxury. I just want a look that says, hey that's a sick lookin tib. Let's see how slow it is, that's when I put 10 car lengths on some rich kids parents BMW...
What about jdm green or orange wheels, what's your stereotype on those ppl? (not thinking about it)

Personally, the cars which I've seen that I considered to be the nicest had the fewest colors. I understand some people like the wheels to stand out, but that can be very gawdy. For instance.. First picture by googling "orange wheels":
It looks out of place.
A car will always have black on it, wheels, trim, tint.. Black wheels are a tasteful color. The color of your car is tasteful as well. Polished metal goes with anyhting
Check out this reduced color car:
Black, Orange, Polished aluminum.
Manufacturers like to put silver wheels on everything. Silver goes with silver.
Your car is silver, it looks best with silver wheels. The polished aluminum lip looks good. The style of the wheel does not really match the car very well though.
