oh I know.. that is how I replaced mine. I am just thinking that somebody had to have removed that wheel at sometime or another and not retorqued the lugs.

Bullfrog: USE A TORQUE WRENCH!! I cannot stress that enough.
Don't just Reef on it till it doesn't go anymore,... then another 1/2 turn. You're bound to lose a lug for sure then!
80 ft/lbs!, no more, no less

I dont want to jack this thread but Im having the exact same problem and I thought it'd be best if I just post in here. All my lug nuts are tight, and this doesnt happen when Im turning.

mad machine, i would belive it. i did not know there were 2 horns. i know that the shop takes shortcuts though.

kayjai i still have to get a TORQUE wrench...

but to replace the studs i though you had to replace the whole hub?

swift- dont worry im not mad my question was answered and if it fits feel free to take over...i know how annoying sounds that you dont know come from..and scary
