Default Help with springs

Hey All,

I would like to stiffen up the suspension on my car, make it a little less "family sedan" like. I ordered the SR front strut bar, and I think I need some springs to complete the job.

From what I have heard, springs lower your car, thus giving it greater road holding ability, but how is the ride affected? What type should I get?

I was looking at APEX Sport Springs from MHP for $209, they also have B&G Lowering Springs... but I want a sporty feel and crisp handling, not just the lowered car look.

Any comments, suggestions, experiences?

Thanks A Lot!

I have the B&G springs on my Wagon & the ride is stiffer. It's a little stiffer than I'd like in some situations, like when the road has large bumps and some rough surfaces. They make the car feel really low, especially in the front. I've had the front bottom-out once or twice while driving at about 35 MPH sad.gif I do like them overall though. wink.gif

PITCH THE SPRINGS.

Go with Front and rear sway bars from Whiteline. They will make you corner better than the springs, for about the same money, and you can install them yourself.

Thanks Random,

I found their site and they seem to only have them listed for the "Lantra" as rear sway bars. Tibby has listed front and rear. Is there any other place I should be checking other than www.whiteline.com.au? Any place in the states that sells these?
