really not much of a diy here guys.

cut center pipe to length and cope both ends.

cut end pipe pieces and weld a washer on each one (easy way)

tack all together, clamp it all down in a way so that both ends are square with each other, weld.

shouldn't take more than two hours tops and that is taking smoke breaks,lol.

mine is attached to 2 bolts so all the stress is no on just on bolt. i will probably make it attached to all 3 bolts later on

im going to just add a piece of flat bar in between the 2 bars, to make it that much stiffer

^ I see you've added another bar though. A single bar with 2 - or even 3 - mounting points at each end would've been tidier.

Still, if you weld them together, it'll get the job done.
