I have 5 bad bushings in rear suspension. I decided to change all 12 bushings (they are like 4-5 bucks for 1 bushing here). Do I need new bolts? I tried to search for them, but they are PITA to find 02.gif
If bolt breaks, can I replace it with non OEM?
I know there are 2 bolts that set rear wheel alignment, what about other 10 bolts, are they the same?

some of them are pretty speciffic. they have ball tips on one end and thread on the other. you'd have to match it pretty well especially for sway bar. Other then that, use a hard bolt as a replacement. get some brake-free or equivalant rust breaker upper to save yoursefl from breaking them. Spray it on liberally a few hours in advance and then go at it.

Mine were poping out of the arm slightly, like they can move freely there.
Guys if you be changing bushings buy bolts and nuts before you start disassembling. I'll give you dimensions later.

Did you try ordering those from kspec? (I mean the bushings AND the bolts?)
I bet if there is enough interest; with the low prices of this thing, we could raise a GB that cuold go on bulk to REDZMAN and he could ship that for us later... For 10 guys buying the "kit" to change all rear bushings and bolts, I bet Taekmin would get us the bolts from the motherland...

they could be going on you... but whens the last time u got your chassis lubed?
Sorry for the hijack.... What do you mean by lubed?
AS for the topic, Do the ones you need come in the KSPEC yaya kit? If so, try contacting Chris (blacktibs), I think he has a partial kit?
Worth a check.

I changed them today. I just needed bolts asap, cause car was in the shop with rear suspension arms removed.
So here are all bolts that connect rear suspension arms:
quantity............length in mm..............dia. in mm
....2..........................76................. ..........12
....4..........................89................. ..........12
....4..........................95................. ..........12
....2...................Hyundai OEM alignment bolts.
total 12 bolts.
bolt length were measure with bolt head.

what i mean by lube is having all of your moving joints in your suspension oiled or slightly greased...i would only suggest for rubber bushings thought. I think the main purpose is to keep the rubber moist so it wont dry out and crack.

Hey Dimitry, do you have the part numbers for all those 12 bushings you changed? I am thinking of changing all those in my ride also, and I would like to ask the dealer how much they are here locally, if they are too expensive I'll try getting them through kspec (just to clarify; I mean through a special order). If you have part numbers for the bolts as well, It would help a lot.
Are those ALL the rear bushings?
Did you notice any change in the ride quality after having the new bushings installed?
Let us know man...
