just occured to me that I do not have an overall shot of my Tib. I will have to rectify that, after I get her washed and waxed.

Just the Rim, tire, and brakes. This is an old pic and does not show the new slotted rotors or my new rubber.

The second one is rather new, I think from December, it also shows my nasty house that is in deep need of being resided in a colour other than red. I need to get my Brother-in-Law, who is a contractor, over here to get it done.

Thanks for the pix man.

97tib, your pix don't work.

Redz, you are right about lowering the car and the look of the rims.

I just found out that 16s that I was looking at are 19lbs each. There is no way in hell I'm gonna put them on my car! It's really hard to find decent looking 16s! Everyone sells 17s!

I will keep on looking though.

I posted another thread with photochop request.

Thanks

Post some pictures man smile.gif

Redz, really appreciate your help man smile.gif I'm very picky on wheels, it took me many months to find what I like. I didn't want anything heavy, I didn't want something that everyone else has, and I wanted them to look good.

And I found what I was looking for smile.gif Forged 17s (no one makes forged wheels in 16s), weight 14lbs, gun metal in color, and they just came out, so there isn't any around with them.

I'll post some pictures later on when everything is done smile.gif

not yet.

Stock wheels and tire is 38lbs each. Wheel itself is about 18-19lbs. New wheel with 215/40/17 weighs 35lbs, and two others with 205/40/17 weigh 33lbs.

I understand you there. I looked for six months before settling on my Enkei RPO1s. Shame I cannot replace the one that I bent.. I wanted a lightweight, 16inch rim in a five spoke setup that looked subtle, almost stock. I like people not to look too hard at my car.
