you need two people. have someone sit in the driver seat and slowly(and lightly) pump the brakes, after making sure you have a clear tube hooked up to it. while they are pumping the brakes, slowly open the valve(by unscrewing it) until you see fluid start to come out. tell the person to keep pumping until you see no more bubbles in the fluid, then tighten the valve.
